What is collected, and what is not.

Two documents. The second covers consumer health data specifically, under the Washington My Health My Data Act.

Effective 1 October 2026

Elevate Wellbeing is a trading name of Elevate Health & Fitness LLC.

Elevate Health & Fitness LLC, trading as Elevate Wellbeing, is committed to protecting personal privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

1. What we collect and why. We collect personal identifiers and self reported lifestyle information, including the ratings you give your own goals at the start and end of a program, solely to deliver coaching services and communicate about programming. If you tell us who referred you, we record that name only so we can thank them. We do not sell, rent, or distribute any personal data to advertising networks or data brokers.

2. Payments. All payments are processed by Stripe, through Everfit. Stripe is used precisely because card data never touches this business: we never see and never store a full card number. We can see the last four digits, the card brand, and whether a payment succeeded. Stripe holds card data under its own terms and its own security standards, and we do not keep a separate copy of anything it holds.

3. Software infrastructure. Coaching operates through third party software, principally Everfit for program delivery and Acuity Scheduling for booking. Data transmitted through these platforms is additionally governed by their own terms. Elevate maintains commercially reasonable safeguards over information within its control and carries cyber and data risk insurance. If you choose to connect a device or app, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, MyFitnessPal or Cronometer, only the data you allow is shared with Everfit and visible to your coach, and you can disconnect it at any time from your device or the app.

4. This website, cookies and analytics. This site runs on Squarespace, which sets cookies necessary for the site to work and collects basic analytics such as pages visited, approximate location and the type of device used. That is used to understand which pages are useful, not to build a profile of you. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. If advertising tracking is ever added, this policy will say so before it goes live.

5. Email. If you sign up for a guide, a newsletter or any other email, your address is used only to send what you asked for. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, unsubscribing takes effect immediately, and your address is never shared with anyone.

6. Group programs. In group coaching such as Groundwork, other participants can see your name and anything you choose to share. Participation in discussion is voluntary. Nothing shared privately with Ian is disclosed to the group.

7. Live sessions in buildings and workplaces. Elevate does not collect names or contact details at live sessions. Feedback is given on anonymous paper cards, which are counted and then destroyed. The property or employer receives an aggregate report containing the number of people who attended, the subjects the room asked about in aggregate, and the suggestion offered that week. It contains nothing else. No figure is reported unless five or more people respond, which means that in a small group some questions are returned as unanswered rather than answered in a form capable of identifying an individual. No one receives a list of who attended, and nonattendance is not reported to anyone. Attendance is voluntary in every setting. No health related information disclosed by a participant, whether in the room or on a card, is transmitted to a property, an employer, or any other institutional account, in any form. Where a participant subsequently enters an individual coaching relationship with Elevate, that relationship is separate: the property or employer is not informed of it, and no information arising from it is returned to them.

8. Hospitality properties. Guest access is temporary and tied to a stay. Elevate does not receive or store reservation records, folio data, loyalty information, or any means of identifying which guests stayed at a property.

9. Retention and deletion. Individual account data is retained for the duration of the program plus twenty four months, after which it is deleted or de identified. Any individual may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of their records by writing to ian@elevatewellbeing.coach. We respond within thirty days.

10. Statutory compliance. As an Oregon entity operating in the United States, we adhere to applicable state consumer privacy laws, including the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act and California privacy standards regarding notice, transparency and data access. Health related information is covered separately in our , which sets out what we collect, who it is shared with, and how to withdraw consent or have it deleted.

11. Changes. Material changes will be reflected in a revised effective date above. Active clients are notified in writing of any change that reduces the protections described here.

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective 1 October 2026

Elevate Wellbeing is a trading name of Elevate Health & Fitness LLC.

This policy covers consumer health data and is provided under the Washington My Health My Data Act. It applies to any Washington resident and to anyone whose consumer health data is collected in Washington.

1. What we collect. Sleep, activity, training and recovery information you tell us or choose to share from a device; measurements such as body weight, heart rate and resting heart rate where you choose to share them; the goals you set and the ratings you give them at the start and end of a program; and information about the non medical things we work on together, such as breathing practices and sleep routines.

2. Where it comes from. From you, in conversation, in your program app, or on a form you complete. From a device or app you connect yourself, which may include Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, MyFitnessPal or Cronometer. We do not buy health data and we do not receive it from data brokers or advertising networks.

3. Why we collect it. Only to deliver the coaching you asked for and to talk with you about it. We do not use consumer health data for advertising, for profiling, or for any purpose you did not come to us for.

4. Who it is shared with. Everfit, which hosts your program, your messages and your weekly reviews. Acuity Scheduling, for booking, which receives your name and contact details and no health data. No one else. We do not share consumer health data with advertising networks, data brokers, affiliates or any other third party.

5. We do not sell it. Selling consumer health data would require your separate signed authorization. We do not ask for one, and we do not sell.

6. Consent. We collect consumer health data only with your consent and only the categories needed for the coaching you asked for. Connecting a device or app is a separate choice you make yourself, and you can disconnect it yourself at any time.

7. Your rights. At any time you may withdraw your consent, ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including anything held on our behalf by Everfit. Write to ian@elevatewellbeing.coach and we will confirm in writing when it is done. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything already done before you withdrew it. If we refuse a request you may appeal by replying to that decision, and if the appeal is refused you may contact the Washington Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
