the architecture of
sustainability.
How a foundation built by two mothers, a career in professional baseball, and a practical health reset shaped a systematic approach to long term vitality.
My perspective on health and resilience started long before I ever picked up a baseball. I was raised by two incredible mothers, navigating a household built entirely on female strength, care, and complex logistics. Today, as I watch my moms thrive in their mid-70s, I see firsthand what a true healthspan looks like. They aged well not because of extreme fitness trends, but because of steady, sustainable daily practices.
At 18, I entered a completely different world when I signed a contract to play professional baseball. For five years, my life revolved around high intensity output, which also brought the standard hurdles like Tommy John surgery. It was a great education in movement, but it also showed me how fragile health can be when you are purely relying on raw effort and the athlete grind mentality rather than a balanced system.
When my time in baseball ended, a sudden complication with a blood clot forced me to step away from the game entirely and reset. In rebuilding my own day to day life from zero, I had to drop the old all or nothing mindset. I had to focus on the unglamorous basics: reliable nutrition, sobriety, and simple, restorative practices like meditation and journaling to keep my mind clear and my body steady.
That transition led me straight into coaching. Over 4,000 sessions in the fitness startup world leading small groups and 1 on 1 personal training gave me the privilege of working with many different types of people from all walks of life. It provided a clear, practical look at how human beings move, where they break down, and what actually helps them sustain their energy when life gets crowded.
While that diverse experience shaped my foundation, I am intentionally narrowing my focus today because of what truly aligns with my heart. I’ve spent my life witnessing the immense logistical and mental load women carry every day, and I am deeply inspired to support women 30+ through online behavioral coaching, custom strength training, and sustainable daily practices. My role isn't to pretend I know exactly what your lived experience feels like. Instead, I want to stand in your corner, honor your unique context, and partner with you to witness true transformation in your life. Together, we step out of the burnout cycle to build your Integrated Performance Infrastructure, which is a steady, clear framework that protects your energy today and secures your healthspan and wellbeing for the decades ahead.
