01 · Two ways to work with me
You’re not buying sessions. You’re holding a place.
Almost every online coach sells the same thing once, twice or three times a week, so the only question you get asked is how much you want. These are three different things. Which one fits depends on what’s actually stopping you, and each one leans on a different half of what I’m certified to do.

02 · The two tiers
Eighty seven dollars a week to be coached. A hundred and twenty five to be trained.
01
Coached
$349/ 4 wk
For when the thing in your way isn’t the lifting. The week, the sleep, the thing you keep not doing.
Wellcoaches and ACLM
- A program written for you
- Two conversations a block, up to fifty minutes
- Booked when your week allows, no fixed slot
- Messaging between, answered inside a working day
- A place with the others, kept after you stop
02
Trained
From $499/ 4 wk
A standing slot, live, every week. I watch you move and I stop you mid set when it matters.
NASM and Pain Free Performance
- A slot held at the same time every week
- Four fifty minute sessions a block, live
- Any session can be a conversation instead
- Filmed sets reviewed between, in writing
- A place with the others, kept after you stop
Both tiers include the program, the health coaching half and the app, at no charge. A block is four weeks rather than a calendar month, so a year is thirteen payments and not twelve.
In both, and it outlasts both
Everybody who has ever worked with me is in one room together.
Nobody is removed for stopping. No fee, nothing to cancel, no exit interview. When a block ends you’re still in there, which is the point: if the aim is that you stop needing me, there has to be somewhere to stand that’s not either paying or gone.
Nobody in it is working on the same thing, so there’s never anything in there to catch up on.
Decided, or nearly?
Twenty minutes on the phone, no form. If it is a fit the first session is free too, and a card only goes in after that.
03 · Why it works this way
Every choice in here has a reason, and some of them cost me money.
The written program is included at both tiers at no charge, and it always will be. What you’re paying for is the hour, the eyes on you, and somebody who will tell you to stop.
Writing and adjusting one person’s program takes me about ninety minutes a block. I’m not going to pretend that’s what costs you money.
Why the program is free, and the other choices
Because charging you for the easiest part of my week, while the part that actually changes anything sits next to it on the same invoice, would be selling you the wrong thing. If the program were the product I’d have to hope you kept needing one.
The same logic runs through the rest of it. A standing slot at a fixed hour rather than booking when you feel like it, because the week you least want to show up is the week it counts and a fixed hour is harder to negotiate with. A conversation before any intake form, because a goal you absorbed from somebody else isn’t one you chose. A stopping rule written on everything, because I’d rather you left able to do this than stayed because leaving was awkward.
The same goes for health coaching. Holding the Wellcoaches and the NASM certificates together is the whole of what makes this different from a trainer or from a coach, so charging extra for half of it was selling you the difference back. It’s in both tiers, free.
What that costs me, stated plainly
A fixed slot means I can hold eight people and not more, so the roster is the ceiling on what I earn one to one. The stopping rule means nothing renews on its own. Giving away the programming means the thing that would be easiest to sell twice is the thing I sell once, at nothing.
I’d rather tell you that than have you work out later that the incentives pointed somewhere other than where I said they did.

Not a rung on this ladder
Five premium spots.
Quoted individually · six blocks minimum · no discount for length
The same weekly session. What’s different is everything around it: a phone number answered the same day, the program rewritten every block rather than carried forward, your numbers taken again in full every quarter, and first call on group seats and room dates before either is offered publicly.
These exist because some people need more attention than a standing slot gives, not because some people can pay more. If that’s not you, the ladder above is the better buy and I’ll say so on the call.
There’s no number on this page on purpose. I’d rather quote the engagement than the hour.
05 · What a block actually contains
What the commitment actually buys you.
On day one
Every week
“Ian recorded and uploaded multiple 20 minute mobility sessions that same day. That level of attention and care really speaks volumes.”
Block six, and the year
Nothing on that list is an upgrade and none of it is charged for separately. Three blocks, six blocks and the year receive exactly the same program; the longer you commit, the less each block costs.
06 · Coached, in detail
The certificate almost no trainer holds.
Two conversations a block of up to fifty minutes each, a program written for you, and no fixed slot to defend. The agenda is yours.
“He has this rare ability to truly listen, simplify my thoughts, and help me get clear on my fitness, health, and longevity goals.”
$349/ 4 wk
Coached, every four weeks
$87 a week, program included
$174a conversation
What that works out at
against a national average of $177
The detail, and what this is not
Your training sessions can always be conversations instead, at no charge.
Health coaching is included free in both tiers. This is the tier for somebody who wants it as the main thing rather than alongside training.
Wellcoaches Certified Health Coach · ACLM Lifestyle Medicine Coach · preparing for the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching exam. This is coaching, not medical nutrition therapy, and not medical advice.
07 · In writing
Five things I’ll put in writing.
You pay nothing until after a real session.
The rate you join at is the rate you keep.
Stopping takes one message.
If it’s not working, I’ll say so.
When I’m away, your block doesn’t shrink.
The detail behind each one
You pay nothing until after a real session. A free twenty minute call. If I think I can help, the first session is free too, and it’s a session rather than a demonstration.
The rate you join at is the rate you keep. Published prices move. Yours does not, for as long as your subscription stays active.
Stopping takes one message. No call, no form, no explanation and no exit interview. Nothing is clawed back.
If it’s not working, I’ll say so. At the end of block six we look at the same measurements. If they haven’t moved and I can’t give you a straight reason, I’ll tell you.
When I’m away, your block doesn’t shrink. A block is four weeks of sessions, not four calendar weeks.
2HALVES
Accountability only works if the person is worth answering to.
Mohr 2011 · supportive accountability model
The model splits legitimacy in two: real expertise, and acting in your interest. Where a coach has neither, accountability has been found to reduce adherence rather than raise it. The certifications aren’t decoration on this page. They’re half the mechanism.
“He is kind while holding clients accountable.”

Most online coaching starts with an intake form. This is the part that tells us both whether any of the rest is worth doing.
Nothing is charged until after you’ve trained with me.
There’s no application and no form. Twenty minutes on the phone, then a real first session if it’s a fit, and only then does a card go in.
