What happens inside the 12 Week Foundation?
The 12 Week Foundation ($1,950 pay in full or 3 payments of $685) begins with a 60 minute wellness vision session to map your goals and lifestyle baseline. We co-create exercise programming tailored to your gear, establish recovery protocols, and connect weekly for 30 minute coaching calls with ongoing messaging support.
How do Private Strategy Blocks work?
Private Strategy Blocks offer dedicated one on one consulting without ongoing workout tracking. They are ideal if you want a grounded sounding board to untangle stress, refine your habits, and fix your routine. Packages start from $249 (4 sessions), $449 (8 sessions), or $599 (12 sessions).
Do you prescribe strict meal plans or calorie counting?
That depends entirely on what you want. Some people do well with structured tracking, others find it creates more stress than it solves. My role isn't to decide which approach is right for you, it's to help you figure that out for yourself, grounded in Wellcoaches® and American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) principles, and build sustainable habits around whichever path actually fits your life.
What app do we use for private coaching?
All workout tracks, habit logs, and video feedback live securely inside Everfit. Your data remains completely private, providing a quiet, dedicated digital space for your health progress.
How does an automated gym setup help property teams?
Unused gym spaces offer zero lease renewal leverage. Converting a passive fitness room into a simple, app guided perk connects residents to your building daily. Higher amenity engagement helps residents feel at home, supporting lease retention without adding work for staff.
What is included in custom on site filming (+$4,999)?
For flagship properties wanting a custom look, we schedule a single shoot day inside your gym to film 75 exercise demonstrations on your specific machines and equipment stacks. Resident workout tracks are then tagged to these custom video assets.
What workload does this place on property staff?
Zero daily staff workload. We handle system setup, app onboarding, single plaque portal hardware, and digital resident welcome kits. Your leasing team simply passes along a link during move in, leaving them free to focus on property management.
How do property managers track amenity usage?
Regional portfolio tiers include simple summary reports showing basic resident adoption rates and app activity across properties, giving managers clear visibility into how much the gym space is being used.
How are commercial setups billed and structured?
Property setups run on 12 month agreements with simple monthly billing: Single Property Core at $999/mo for one building, Multi Property Hub at $799/mo per building for 2 to 4 buildings, and Regional Enterprise at $699/mo per building for 5 or more buildings. Setup fees cover portal hardware and initial gym floor mapping.
Is there a way to try the platform before a full commitment?
Yes. The Founding Properties Program is open to the first 10 signed properties, with the setup fee waived and an initial 3 month term instead of the standard 12 months. In exchange, participating properties allow us to reference results as a case study going forward. At the end of the 3 months, the agreement converts to standard tier pricing unless either party opts out.
How is your business registered and insured?
Elevate Health & Fitness LLC is fully registered in Oregon and carries comprehensive commercial insurance coverage via Hiscox Insurance Company: $1,000,000 General Liability, $1,000,000 Professional Liability, and $250,000 Cyber Liability. All policies support commercial property agreements.
